Burke has been involved in the Partners in Education in Cincinnati program for over 20 years. Partners in Education in Cincinnati began in 1979 with seven business/school partnerships. Today, over 100 businesses and organizations are matched with 80 Cincinnati Public Schools and Archdiocese Inner City Schools. The mission of the partnerships is to bring businesses and schools together to expand the resources available to prepare students for work and rewarding lives. Burke has been a partner with Rees E. Price Academy since 1985.

American Heart Association Mini-Marathon
|

Burke sponsors a team to participate in the American Heart Association's Mini-Marathon events. Each team member raises money for the American Heart Association through pledges and contributions.

B-CAUSE

In 2012, Burke introduced its B-Cause initiative. B-Cause is Burke's community involvement program that provides opportunities for employees to volunteer in the community. Burke actively participates in up to three employee selected charitable programs throughout the year.

Fine Arts Fund

For over fifty years, the Fine Arts Fund has helped arts organizations in the Greater Cincinnati area maintain the excellence and quality of their programs through annual community fund raising efforts.

Flying Pig Marathon

Burke is a Gold Sponsor of the Cincinnati Flying Pig Marathon. The marathon is a non-profit organization formed to host this national event which has raised millions of dollars for local and national charities since its inception fourteen years ago. Burke is proud to provide marketing research and consulting services for the Flying Pig, and a Burke employee serves on the Flying Pig Marathon Board of Directors.

United Way

United Way invests donated dollars to produce positive outcomes for individuals, families and neighborhoods through the efforts of effective human service agencies, partnerships, and program providers in the Greater Cincinnati area. United Way is an independent, volunteer-led organization. This ensures community participation in decision-making and allows the organization to keep costs low.
