BURKE, INC. NAMES NEW VICE PRESIDENT
Cincinnati, OH (November 815, 1999) Burke, Inc., an international leader in custom research and business consulting, has promoted Jamie Baker-Prewitt to vice president and director of Consulting & Analytical Services (C&AS).
Jamie joined Burke, Inc. in 1992 as a senior analyst in C&AS. In 1995 she was promoted to C&AS group director, responsible for ensuring internal and external product satisfaction as well as providing consultation and analysis to many of Burkes Fortune 500 clients.
Jamie was instrumental in the design and management of Burke Customer Satisfaction Associates Secure Customer Index® database. She plays a key role in the ongoing R&D efforts of Burke Customer Satisfaction Associates (Burke CSA), and she has led Burke CSA in developing a more standard reporting system for customer satisfaction and measurement programs..
Additionally, she has been key to Burkes campus/consortia recruiting.

Jamie earned a bachelors degree in psychology from Ohio University, as well as a masters degree in experimental psychology and a doctorate in social psychology, both from the University of Kentucky.
