PROMOTES JOE TOOLE TO VICE PRESIDENT
Cincinnati, Ohio (February 18, 1999) Burke Customer Satisfaction Associates (Burke CSA), an international leader in customer satisfaction measurement and business consulting services, promoted Joe Toole to vice president.
For Burke CSA, Joe works with organizations to help them achieve competitive advantages in loyalty and market performance by translating customer action plans and targeted strategies for change. Joe led Burkes first integrated sales effort between Burke CSA and Burke Strategic Consulting Group (BSCG) for the Bank of Montreal.

Joe has more than 15 years experience working with companies to develop customer satisfaction programs. Before working with Burke CSA, Joe spent 12 years with Walker CSM, which led the industry in developing customer satisfaction as a separate business specialty. Joe holds a bachelors degree in marketing from Indiana University.
