Burke Customer Satisfaction Associates
Hires New Account Executive

 

Charlotte, NC (January 10, 2001) – has hired Kim Bastian as an account executive. Kim joins Burke CSA – a division of Cincinnati-based Burke, Inc., an international leader in custom marketing research and business consulting – with more than 3 years of experience in market research and external affairs with Public Service of North Carolina (PSNC).

In her role as account executive, Kim will help clients improve customer loyalty and expand their knowledge of Burke’s research approach.

“Bringing Kim on board is an added benefit to Burke CSA,” said Jim Jubelirer, vice president of Burke CSA.“I’m confident she will bring the same concern for our clients along with her impressive project managing skills to our accounts.”

In addition to her work at PSNC, during her 17-year career Kim has worked for numerous diverse businesses, including a hospital, a theme park and a bank.

 

Kim is a graduate from the University of South Carolina with a degree in journalism.
