HIRES GABRIELA PASHTURRO AS CONSULTANT
Newton, Mass. (April 13, 2000) – Burke Strategic Consulting Group (BSCG), a division of Cincinnati-based Burke, Inc., an international leader in customer satisfaction management and business consulting, has hired Gabriela Pashturro as consultant.
Gabriela joins BSCG with a strong background in many areas of business management consulting, including assessment, organizational analysis, group moderation and facilitation, program planning and statistical analysis. She has developed work/life needs assessment strategies, online surveys and benchmarking best practices for Merrill Lynch and EMC Corporation. Further, she has completed similar work as a Johnson & Johnson graduate fellow for Rutgers University’s Office of Organizational Quality and Communication Improvement.

In her new role as BSCG consultant, Gabriela will be partnering with clients to improve organizational effectiveness through a broad range of BSCG offerings including strategic assessments, organizational surveys, performance management, and program design. She also will be assisting clients with implementing change using fact-based assessments.
Gabriela will be working in the Boston office of BSCG. She is currently a doctoral candidate at the Rutgers University
Graduate School of Applied and Professional Psychology and holds a master of arts degree in Community and Social Psychology from the University of Massachusetts at Lowell and a bachelor of arts degree from Michigan State University. Gabriela is involved in a number of professional, academic and civic organizations, including the American Psychological Association, the Greater Boston Organizational Development Network and the New Jersey Organizational Development Network. She is fluent in Spanish and Portuguese.# # #
