PROMOTES TIM BOYD TO SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT
Cincinnati, Ohio (June 4, 1999) - Burke Customer Satisfaction Associates (Burke CSA), an international leader in customer satisfaction measurement and business consulting, has promoted Tim Boyd to senior vice president.
Since joining Burke, Inc. in 1977, Tim has worked in a variety of consulting and account management roles. He has served as a vice president at Burke CSA for the past eight years, providing program administration and consulting services to several Fortune 500 clients working in insurance, software, retailing, pharmaceuticals and power utilities industries. In addition, he has been instrumental in developing Burke’s customer satisfaction division, Burke CSA, including contributions to the division’s business strategy and marketing initiatives.

"He has played a vital role in how we have developed Burke CSA and has helped to guide it to its prominent position in the marketplace today."
In addition to managing much of Burke CSA’s Silicon Valley and other West Coast business, Tim is an active speaker at conferences throughout the country and has contributed articles to various professional publications. He holds a master’s degree in business administration from the University of California and a bachelor’s degree from UCLA.
