BURKE, INC. PROMOTES GREG VAN SCOY TO ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE

Cincinnati, OH (April 10, 2000) – Burke, Inc., an international leader in customer satisfaction management and business consulting, has promoted Greg Van Scoy to account executive with Burke Customer Satisfaction Associates (Burke CSA).

Since joining Burke in 1997, Greg has served as an account associate in the Account Management and Consulting & Analytical Services divisions. In that time, he has played an integral role in the development of new business presentations and program management and analytical services for a number of Fortune 500 clients in telecommunications, technology, chemical and finance industries. Through hands-on experience, Greg has developed a thorough understanding of Burke CSA program management and analytical services necessary for his new role as account executive.

Greg will be working out of Burke CSA’s Cincinnati office. He holds a master’s degree in business administration from the University of Tennessee.
