ISO 20252:2019 is the globally recognized standard for market, opinion, and social research. It establishes a comprehensive framework for quality management systems specific to research organizations, ensuring consistency, transparency, and methodological rigor. Burke has maintained ISO 20252 certification since 2012.

The recent surveillance audit confirms that Burke continues to meet—and in several areas exceed—the requirements of the ISO 20252 standard. The auditor also recognized Burke’s role in helping shape the evolving research landscape, particularly through its thoughtful and responsible integration of artificial intelligence (AI) into research processes. As AI continues to transform the industry, Burke remains committed to advancing innovation while maintaining strong governance, quality controls, and methodological integrity.
