Burke’s Research Featured by The Standard
The Standard, a leading insurance, retirement, and investment provider, recently shared research conducted with Burke on Pooled Employer Plans (PEPs), the results of which were released to the public for purposes of thought leadership.
PEPs, a type of defined contribution retirement plan recently brought to market after passage of the SECURE Act of 2019, allow multiple employers to participate, reducing fiduciary risk and administrative burden.
The study was conducted with 300 Retirement Plan Decision-Makers, and revealed that employers experienced a 26% increase in satisfaction after joining a PEP – with 83% of employers expressing overall satisfaction due to ease of plan management and cost savings. Additionally, satisfaction with retirement plan advisors saw a significant 40% increase.
“Thought leadership research plays an important role as it sparks fresh thinking, uncovers emerging trends, and provides insights that the entire sector can learn from and act on. Our recent collaboration with The Standard exemplifies this impact – bringing forward dynamic, creative findings that contribute meaningfully to a broader conversation. I was excited to partner with our friends at The Standard and help them drive the financial industry forward through research.”
