Burke, Inc. Welcomes Patricia Salamone as Vice President, Client Services
Burke, Inc. is pleased to announce that Patricia Salamone has joined the company as Vice President, Client Services.
With more than 20 years of experience in research, strategy, and consulting, Ms. Salamone is recognized for her ability to apply diverse methodologies and translate insights into strategies that drive business success. She has led complex programs spanning customer journey mapping, ideation and concept development, experience testing, and customer experience strategy, consistently delivering solutions that generate measurable impact.
Ms. Salamone’s expertise covers a wide range of industries, including financial services, health & wellbeing, and technology. She is especially passionate about the intersection of innovation, brand, and strategy, and is known for fusing emerging trends, cultural insight, and brand strategy into human-centered solutions that fuel sustainable growth. Most recently she led transformative innovation efforts, focusing on embedding AI capabilities into strategic research workflows to elevate client impact and operational agility.

Before joining Burke, Salamone served as Senior Director, Client Consulting at Human8, and previously spent a decade at GfK Custom Research in multiple senior leadership roles. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Eastern Michigan University and has shared thought leadership on consumer insights, customer experience, and brand innovation through platforms such as CustomerThink and BradenKelley.com.
