Burke, Inc. is pleased to announce that Lori Noel has been promoted to Vice President, Client Services.

Ms. Noel has achieved remarkable success by supporting clients across a variety of industries through insightful and objective-driven research. Her extensive background in analytical methodologies helps to consistently uncover profound insights for more informed, strategic decisions for her client teams, especially within the shopper and brand spaces. In addition, Ms. Noel is an outstanding collaborator and team leader, working closely with her colleagues across a variety of demanding project types to ensure success at every point in the research process.

Since joining Burke in 2007, Ms. Noel has held roles within Strategic Insights and Analytics and Enterprise Solutions before transitioning to Client Services in 2022. Ms. Noel holds Bachelor’s Degrees in Mathematics and Finance from Northern Kentucky University and a Degree in Quantitative Analysis from University of Cincinnati.

With more than 25 years of experience in the marketing research industry, Ms. Kurtin is known for building longstanding partnerships with her clients. Over the years, Ms. Kurtin has supported her clients by leveraging extensive research and insights knowledge, along with a deep expertise across the healthcare, financial, and consumer goods sectors. Ms. Kurtin’s ability to truly understand unique business challenges while providing innovative insights solutions sets her clients on the path to success.

Burke, Inc. is pleased to announce that Kristin Gladfelter has transitioned to the role of Vice President, Senior Account Executive in Client Services.

For more than two decades, Ms. Gladfelter has led and executed successful research and innovation campaigns for clients within the consumer goods, retail, and healthcare sectors.  With extensive experience in retail and shopper insights, innovation, and product development, Ms. Gladfelter provides a distinct in-depth and comprehensive perspective that translates to exceptional support for clients.

In addition, Ms. Chase actively seeks ways to enrich programs and enhance outputs, helping to ensure insights are relevant and impactful to her clients’ strategic business needs.

Ms. Chase earned her MBA from the University of Tennessee and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Public Relations and Business, also from the University of Tennessee. She joined Burke in 2015, and transitioned into Client Services after spending time in Decision Sciences and Account Management.

Leveraging this combined approach, Ms. Nash strategically, and consistently, helps her clients uncover deeper and more profound insight, leading to more informed, strategic decisions.

Ms. Nash earned her MBA from the University of Cincinnati, and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business from Miami University.
