Damon Jones, Vice President, Telephone Operations at Burke, was named the Gold winner for the annual MRX Diversity Champion award. The honor, supported in partnership by Women in Research (WIRe), the Insights Association, and Echo Market Research, was awarded during this year’s virtual Corporate Researchers Conference (CRC).
Now in its fourth year, the MRX Diversity Champion award honors individuals of all gender-identities who fully embrace diversity, encourage investment in a diverse workforce in market research, and embody the values of respect, dignity, autonomy and equality.
“I am honored and humbled to be selected as the Gold winner among so many wonderful nominees,” said Mr. Jones. “I would like to thank WIRe, the Insights Association, and Echo Market Research for this award, and the Great Lakes Chapter of the Insights Association’s Board and Diversity & Education team for being engaged and supportive of our industry’s journey for inclusiveness.”
At Burke, Mr. Jones serves on many teams within the organization, including as Chair of Kaleidoscope, Burke’s Inclusion & Diversity group. The Kaleidoscope team was formed to ensure that Burke employees, clients and partners feel respected and empowered to bring their authentic selves to work.
